We are a Mobile Catering Company that focuses on southern style foods. We are located in Oak Harbor, Washington on beautiful Whidbey Island.

We have served the local Whidbey Island community since 2006. Our southern cuisine is served at the local Oak Harbor Farmer's Market, the Hummingbird Farm's Winter Market, community fairs and festivals.

Our cuisine has roots from the southeastern United States.
We serve BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, Pulled Pork and much more.

ShoNuff Foods started in 2005 in Bremerton, Washington, after years of catering to friends and doing weddings all over Whidbey Island and Bremerton. The husband and wife team of Fred and Barbara Bennett wanted to show the great Northwest how good Southern food was done.

Fred has been trained by the best, his mom. Fred has also traveled all around the south and worked in a lot of kitchens. He has been awarded his AA in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Seattle.

ShoNuff Foods strives to bring the big bold flavors of the deep south to the north.
